The full cast of Netflix’s long-awaited six-part biographical series “Senna” about famous Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna has been announced. The cast includes Gabriel Leone, Kaya Scodelario, Alice Wegmann, Camila Mardila, Christian Malheiros, Gabriel Luchard, Hugo Bonemer, Julia Foti, Marco Ricca, Pamela Thome and Susana Ribeiro.

Also on board are Matt Mella, Arnaud Viard, Joe Hirst, Johannes Heinrichs, Keisuke Hoashi, Leon Ockenden, Patrick Kennedy, Richard Cloutier, Stephen McIntosh and Tom Mannion. Genius: MLK/X
National Geographic has announced a network premiere date for Genius: MLK/X on February 1, 2024, with episodes available to stream the next day on Disney+ and Hulu.

The eight-part series will focus on two iconic geniuses—Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (Kelvin Harrison Jr.) and Malcolm X (Aaron Pierre)—and how their opposing philosophies helped propel America through the civil rights movement. (Source: TVLine)

Yellowstone
CBS has announced that it will continue to air the second season of Yellowstone on the network beginning October 29, following the broadcast of the first season finale on October 22.

The series debuted on September 17 to support the network’s work schedule, which was affected by the strike. The average viewership for each episode of the series is 5.49 million viewers, and about 52% of viewers are considered “new to the series”. (Source: Variety)

Hawk
An animated series adaptation of Mike Booth’s web novel Hawk is currently in development at Wattpad Webtoon Studios. Christopher Yost (Thor: Ragnarok, The Mandalorian) is behind the project and serves as screenwriter, with Aron Levitz, David Madden, Taylor Grant and Sydney Bright serving as executive producers.

The story follows a space bounty hunter named Cas Belara. When a disaster of epic proportions rocks the entire solar system, she will have to use her quick thinking and sharp wit if she wants to stay alive. Along the way, she needs the help of a stolen federal robot, a child genius, and her trusty ship, the Calista. (Source: Variety)

Kevin Hart and Chris Rock: Headliners Only
Kevin Hart and Chris Rock will star in a new behind-the-scenes documentary documenting their tour together, “Only Headliners Allowed.” Rashidi Harper’s special will debut on Netflix on December 12. The single episode chronicles five sold-out concerts in New York City in July. In the candid footage, the two comedians discuss their backgrounds, careers and connections.

Doctor Death
Peacock has unveiled a teaser trailer for Doctor Death, which returns on December 21 with a new eight-episode season. The series, based on the popular Wondery podcast, examines real-life medical malpractice cases.

The new episode focuses on Paolo Macchiarini (Edgar Ramirez), a charming Italian surgeon notorious in Europe for his massive research fraud. Mandy Moore co-stars as Beneatha Alexander, an investigative journalist who helped kill a surgeon.
