West Ham star Jarrod Bowen has achieved a feat even Cristiano Ronaldo and Luis Suarez can’t emulate in the Premier League

West Ham winger Jarrod Bowen recently scored a fifth consecutive Premier League away goal, a tally that even Cristiano Ronaldo and Luis Suarez have eluded in England’s top flight.

Ronaldo played 346 times for Manchester United and scored 145 goals, while Suarez represented Liverpool for three years from 2011 to 2014, playing 133 times and scoring 82 goals.

Bowen scored his fifth consecutive away goal in the club’s 4-1 defeat to Aston Villa on Sunday (October 22). His previous goals came against Bournemouth, Brighton, Luton Town and Liverpool.

The England international’s feat has been matched only by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry (2000/2001) and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah (2021/22).

Bowen is seen as an integral part of David Moyes’ West Ham side and he recently signed a new seven-year contract with the Hammers, keeping him at the club until 2030.

The left-footed wide player has six goals and one assist in nine Premier League games this season. He is crucial to West Ham’s chances of securing a European spot this season. Moyes’ side are currently ninth in the league with 14 points from nine games.
