All fans watching the Buffalo Bills take on the Jacksonville Jaguars in London on Sunday will hear the quarterback’s voice Josh Allen shouts out ‘LeBron James’.
The sound also caught the NBA superstar’s attention. James took to social media to wonder what the sound meant.
It took a few days, but James finally got the answer. Allen met with the media on Wednesday and was asked about the noise in question. He didn’t reveal specifics, but said he was summoning one of the team’s best performances to that point.
“Yeah, honestly, it was one of our best games,” Allen told the media Wednesday. “We run it a lot. We get a lot of code words. So I’m sure during our gameplay, especially without the noise, you’re going to hear a lot of it. Whether it’s athletes or celebrities or other (or) condiments , we all have a lot of things in our game plan that we can call on to make it fun for them.”
While Allen didn’t reveal too many details, James should be happy to be linked to one of the Bills’ best games.
