However, inspired by the Chicago Bulls legends and the trophy rooms in their homes, Marcus, 33, opened his premium retail boutique Trophy Room in 2016. Despite initial accusations that Marcus sold his sneakers to resellers, Trophy Room and Jordan Brand are working together to bring new collaborations to fans.
The trophy room inside Michael Jordan’s estate is almost like a museum. It showcases Jordan’s numerous accomplishments over the years and ultimately became the inspiration for Marcus Jordan. Marcus is partnering with multiple brands to provide fans with new and unique products they can enjoy.

As stated on the official website, “Through partnerships with Jordan Brand, Nike Inc. and Upper Deck Authenticated, TROPHY ROOM is committed to providing its loyal consumers with footwear, apparel and memorabilia that serve as trophies.“
However, the current store is the second iteration. Marcus’ first store in Orlando opened in 2016 and closed three years later. It was reported at the time that the brand was transitioning entirely into an online store.

Later in 2022, his store returns. This time, Marcus focused more on the core details he originally wanted to follow when creating the brand. Marcus told SI, “What I wanted to do was recreate the atmosphere, that warm feeling people get when they walk through the trophy room when we have friends over.“This time he has the support of his girlfriend and Michael Jordan himself.

As early as the end of 2021, Marcus Jordan collaborated with Jordan Brand to launch the “Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1”. Marcus accused thieves of stealing 12,000 pairs of limited-edition shoes from a Nike distribution center. However, multiple sources have come forward to accuse Trophy Room of selling them multiple pairs of the sneakers at higher than retail prices even before the sneakers were released, Complex reported.
