Will Smith’s Children Feel Pity for Him After Jada Pinkett Smith Revelations: Report | Hollywood

Nothing was more shocking than the revelation that she and her husband, actor Will Smith, have been separated since 2016. “They know he’s been through a lot lately and it’s not helping,” a source told All the Latest Headlines about the couple’s secret split. They would like to keep “some of their family’s personal matters private,” the source added, claiming Will is trying to stay busy by “hanging out with his good friends and kids,” including Trey Smith, who Will shares with his ex-wife Sheri Zampino.

A source had this to say about Will: β€œHe tries not to let outside noise affect him. Will loves Jada and feels like she has always been on his side and always will be. He was trying to be supportive while also taking care of himself.”

Jada and Will have been separated since 2016.

In Worthy, Jada Pinkett Smith reveals a lot about her complicated relationship with Will Smith, according to her interview with People. She said she and Will first started dating around the time she lost two of her closest friends, Tupac Shakur and a friend named Maxine Renn, to suicide. She also said that she was taking antidepressants, but stopped taking them when she started dating Will.

According to her, in 2016 they decided to separate β€œin all respects except legally.” Will’s resistance to emotional connection, as she seems to imply throughout the book, was the cause of their separation, as well as the unresolved wounds they both carried and her own lack of self-love.

Her and Will Smith’s relationship isn’t the only topic her book Worthy, out Oct. 17, takes an honest look at. In her memoir, Jada talks about everything from her early days with drugs to post-traumatic stress disorder and dissociative disorder diagnoses later in life. She spoke at length about her childhood, talking about her grandmother who helped shape her worldview, as well as her father’s mercurial presence and her parents’ struggles with addiction.

Jada also details the moment Will punched Chris Rock during the 2022 Oscars, explaining that she and Chris had a history and revealing that he actually asked her out at one point when rumors were circulating about the divorce between her and Will.
