You can tell a sci-fi thriller is doing something cool when Stephen King calls it “brave”. This is exactly what happened with Hulu. No one will save you a new film, largely devoid of dialogue, starring Kaitlyn Dever. This follows Reasonable the actress plays a young woman who must survive an alien invasion alone. She lives in an isolated house and creates miniatures to cope with the death of her mother. Sounds familiar? The video became a solid hit for the streamer, which means the topic of sequels arose.
Director Brian Duffield said that while a sequel might be tempting for fans, he’s not sure the film should get one. “I’m not the biggest fan of sequels. I joked with Caitlin that maybe every seven years we’ll do our own thing.
