Al-Qassam announces attack on an Israeli tank and 5 military vehicles in Gaza

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced today (Sunday) that they targeted a tank, five military vehicles and a group of Israeli forces in several areas of the Gaza Strip.

The Brigades said on Telegram, according to the Arab World News Agency, that they had targeted an Israeli tank penetrating west of Jabalia, in the northern Gaza Strip, with an “Al-Yassin 105” missile. The Brigades subsequently announced that their fighters had targeted 5 Israeli vehicles east of Deir al-Balah with “commander action” ordnance and “Al-Yassin 105” shells, confirming that 3 vehicles had been completely destroyed.

The Al-Qassam Brigades said in a separate statement that they had also mortared a group of Israeli forces east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

This morning the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement, announced that they had targeted 3 Israeli military vehicles and a bulldozer northwest of Gaza City.

The Al-Quds Brigades reported on Telegram that they had bombed the cities of Sderot and Reim in southern Israel with missiles, and this morning their fighters managed to destroy an Israeli tank and targeted two military vehicles in the neighborhood of Sheikh Radwan in Gaza.

It added that it had also bombed the “Mars” military site with large-caliber mortar shells and was bombing Israeli cities, sites, military bases and towns with intense missile barrages. He also bombed the city of Kissufim, near the border with the Gaza Strip, with missiles.

Sirens sounded in Kissufim immediately after the bombing. Last night (Saturday), the “Jerusalem Brigades” reported “fierce” clashes with Israeli forces in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood and in the north-western and southern axes of Gaza. Palestinian television said today (Sunday) that more than 700 people have been killed in Gaza in the past 24 hours.

Last Sunday, the Times of Israel newspaper cited the Israeli army’s announcement that two of its members had been killed in clashes in the Gaza Strip.

The newspaper reported that the two dead were Sergeant Ashalo Sama (20) from Petah Tikvah, noting that he was injured on November 14 and later died.

The second member is reserve member Or Brandis, 25, who worked in the 7th Armored Division and was killed in clashes in central Gaza on Saturday.

Israel renewed its attacks on Friday morning, after the humanitarian truce agreed with the Egyptian-Qatari-American mediation with the Hamas movement which lasted a week.
