The evening of Amici, Maria De Filippi’s Canale5 talent show, now in its 22nd edition, starts this evening.
There are 15 talents competing for victory: Aaron, Angelina, Cricca, Federica, NDG, Piccolo G, Wax (singers); Alessio, Gianmarco, Isobel, Maddalena, Mattia, Megan Ria, Ramon, Samu (dancers).
THE JURY
This year, their performances during the evening phase of the program will be judged by an exceptional jury composed of:
Cristiano Malgioglio lyricist and singer who has been enriching the Italian music and television scene with his creativity for over 50 years;
Joseph Giofrè world famous dancer who has trod the most important stages together with international stars of the caliber of Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and Camilla Cabello
Michael Bravthe singer-songwriter and actor who boasts numerous platinum and gold certifications and two extraordinary participations in the Sanremo Festival.
THE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
For the third consecutive season the international choreographer STEPHANE JARNY is the Artistic Director of the talent show Amici.
GUESTS
Super guests of the first episode Pio and Amedeo, the comic duo who have entertained and fascinated the Italian public for years are back on the stage of #Amici22.
PATH
The little story of this edition tells: in the first appointment on Sunday 18 September 2022, the christening and delivery of the shirts to the students of the new edition were: Roberto Saviano, Gianmarco Tamberi, Alessia Marcuzzi, Can Yaman, Christian De Sica, Pio and Amedeo, Peppe Vessicchio, Leonardo Pieraccioni and Salvatore Esposito.
The long period of stay (6 months) in Amici’s school has allowed the students to grow professionally and humanly, giving them the precious opportunity to get to know and deal with great professionals in the world of entertainment including singers, producers, record companies, well-established names in the publishing, dancers, musicians, choreographers of national and international fame.

Overall, 25 unpublished songs were published during #Amici22 which totaled over 31 million total streams on the major platforms.
