Athletes from Montilla Nahikari Blanco Baños win Andalusian Aquatic Championships in Seville ~ Montilla Digital

Athletes from Montilla Nahikari Blanco Baños, members of the Montilla-Cordoba Triathlon Club Sports Club, competed this weekend in the professional The Andalusian Alévin Athletics champion was declared in the 2nd edition of the Catuja Island Youth Athletics Competition at the High Performance Center (CEAR) More than 100 track and field athletes from Andalusian triathlon schools gathered Seville rowing and canoeing events.


Organized by the Andalusian Triathlon Federation, the test is the third Andalusian Scoring of the Triathlon Schools Union, all Andalusian Junior Championships Tours scored in the official Occidental race calendar. This competition is also the fifth in the fourth edition of the Seville Triathlon Junior Tour, consisting of six tests, all in the province of Seville.

Both federal and non-federal swimmers from the Prebenjamín category (born in 2016 and 2017) to the junior category (born in 2006 and 2007) took part in the test. There are distance-adapted tracks for each category, as indicated in the competition rules.

At around 12:00 noon, the Alevin test began, and the athletes had to complete the 250-meter run, 100-meter swim and 250-meter run tests. Nahikari Blanco, a member of the Montilla-Cordoba triathlon, won the women’s category with a time of 8 minutes and 09 seconds, earning her Andalusian Arquette Alevín category champion. Victoria López of Capa CC Los Alcores was second, 23 seconds behind Blanco. Daniella Tallón of CD Triclub Babyschool took third place and a bronze medal.
