Beach House Group (BHG) has announced the launch of a new fund, Beach House Venture (BHV), which aims to incubate nascent beauty and lifestyle brands through financial support, but not only.

Beach House Group said BHV will provide emerging brands with all the financial benefits of a private equity firm, plus a shared services platform, brand building expertise and access to the global business relationships already in place at Beach House Group.

BHV is already in talks with a number of labels in the clinical skincare, cosmetics and “sunless” tanning categories, according to a press release, and adds that it is currently working on a fragrance that has no ties to any celebrity names.

Founded in 2018 by entrepreneurs Neff and Brice, Beach House Group has in fact given life to brands such as Pattern with Tracee Ellis Ross, Béis with Shay Mitchell, Moon Oral Beauty with Kendall Jenner and Odell Beckham Jr. and Florence By Milles with Millie Bobby Brown.

“Beach House Ventures is not a traditional venture capital group,” Neff explained. “We know what it is like to be entrepreneurs, we understand the hard work and the struggles. We are in the rare position to offer visionary founders a once in a lifetime opportunity to scale a global business, thanks to our experience and our network”.

“We leveraged our individual and shared experience to start Beach House Ventures and are now ready to identify and work with the next generation of entrepreneurs to take their business to the next level,” added Brice.

BHG’s business partners include some of the global retail giants, including Ulta Beauty and Sephora, as well as specialty retailers. The company is on track to surpass $250 million in annual revenue.
