Eating meat in unhygienic conditions is very dangerous. Raw or undercooked meat may contain bacteria such as salmonella, E. coli, etc.coli and Listeria, which can cause Serious illness, such as salmonellosis, gastroenteritis, and listeriosis.

These diseases can cause symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, fever, abdominal pain, and even death in severe cases.

To avoid the risk of contracting foodborne illness, it is recommended to cook the meat until it is fully cooked. It’s also important to wash your hands with soap and water before and after handling meat, and to keep it refrigerated until ready.

Here are some tips for cooking meat safely:

  • Cook the meat to an internal temperature of at least 71°C for at least 15 seconds.
  • Do not thaw meat at room temperature. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
  • Do not store cooked meat with raw meat.
  • Refrigerate meat at or below 4°C.
