Demi Lovato graced the Boss Spring 2024 show, which took place yesterday in Milan. Besides Lovato, celebrity guests at the show included Burna Boy, Suki Waterhouse, Naomi Campbell, Ariana DeBose, Demi Lovato, Dixie D’Amelio and Sonam Kapoor, among others.
Adding a preppy twist to her ensemble, Lovato wore pointed-toe loafer-style heels. The hitmaker’s footwear featured a shiny burgundy patent upper that flowed into triangle toes.
In addition, Lovato’s shoes included jagged buckles and conservative thin rectangular heels ranging from 2 to 3 inches in height. Loafers, regardless of style, are an integral part of the wardrobe of many stars. Unlike their more formal Oxford counterparts, loafers usually do not have laces. They are often worn with more casual items including skirts and denim.
To match her shoes, the “Heart Attack” singer wore a silky and shiny burgundy set. Lovato’s look consisted of a black bra and lightweight high-waisted pants. Over the bra, the actress wore a voluminous, silky burgundy blazer-style coat that fluttered across the floor. Lovato accessorized with a burgundy clutch and silver sunglasses.
The pop star’s love for sky-high shoe silhouettes runs deep. The singer wore dark red Oxfords with silver spokes on massive platforms. The former X Factor judge has previously donned designs inspired by Stuart Weitzman, Saint Laurent, Casadei and Ruthie Davis at many events over the years. These days, the singer’s outfits have a rock star quality to them, often featuring leather, sequins, metallics and lots of embellishment. This style perfectly complements the sleek and often stylish shoes they wear.
Milan Fashion Week officially started on September 1st. 19 and will last until September. 25. The spring 2024 season includes a calendar of fashion shows and presentations from a number of brands, including Fendi, Tom Ford, Versace, Gucci and more.
