What are Heart Punch nails?

Heart punched nails create a hole punch effect and include a negative space heart cutout design that literally looks like the heart shape has been cut out to leave behind an empty space. It’s a cool technique that adds extra interest to your nails – and while the heart design is cute, the end effect is simply stunning. This is an easy way to add extra style to your arms while keeping it simple without doing anything too bold or distracting.

How to do Heart Punch nails?

If you’re feeling creative, you can draw a heart freehand, as shown below by nail artist Iram Shelton. Then fill in the space around it and finish with a top coat. But we’ve also seen the design hacked with heart-shaped stickers, which are then removed with tweezers after applying the entire coat of paint to the nails.
