Kanye West will reportedly headline an upcoming concert in Italy

According to an Italian newspaper ReggieOnline posted on Saturday, October 7th by the rapper formerly known as Kanye West hired contractors to build a stage for an upcoming concert. Yeh plans to stage the show at the RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia, Italy, which was previously home to an airport that could accommodate thousands of people. At the time of publication, Ye had not received the necessary permits to hold the concert, which is reportedly set for Friday, October 13th. If things don’t go according to plan, the concert may be rescheduled.

The arena has not yet announced the concert on its channels. If it gets the green light, it will be Ye’s first show as a headliner in more than a year, following his anti-Semitic campaign in far-right media last year. The controversial artist recently appeared on stage for the first time in months at Travis Scott’s recent concert in Rome. Scott invited Ye to perform “Praise God” Donda and his hit “Can’t Tell Me Anything.” While on stage, Scott told the crowd how important Ye was to his album and his career in general.

“Without Kanye West there is no UTOPIA,” he told the crowd. “Without Kanye West there will be no Travis Scott. Without Kanye West there will be no Rome.”
