“I love DanceBody workouts because firstly it is so much fun and secondly the community is so amazing. When I show up to DanceBody classes, I see all the girls dressed in the cutest workout clothes and we’re all dancing together like it’s just having fun with our girlfriends,” she enthuses. “Even when I join through their DanceBody Live app, I see people showing up in these trendy, adorable outfits. Through DanceBody, I’ve met so many friends who are in similar parts of their lives: they have older kids, they work, they’re in real estate, and they’ve been through what I’m going through. We all came to DanceBody with one goal: to feel good.”

“I started with DanceBody Signature, their choreographed dance class, and then moved on to DanceBody Full Out, their more advanced cardio dance class. Look, I’m not good on him. The classmates who take Full Out are so nice, but I thought if I’m going to dance, I’ll go all in. I want to swim with sharks. I’ll be behind you, jumping up and down and keep moving – even if I don’t know all the choreography. I also love Sculpt+ classes. I swear my body changed after one Sculpt+ class. They have a few extra classes where you follow what the trainer is doing, like Dance and Sculpt. I like this lesson too!” – she adds.
