KIM Kardashian has had an eventful year and has overcome many obstacles that have been reported in the press.
With Kim’s 43rd birthday approaching, it’s only fitting to celebrate all the trials and tribulations the Hulu star has gone through since turning 42.
It’s no secret that Kim and her older sister Kourtney Kardashian, 44, don’t always see eye to eye.
The famous siblings have fought on and off for years, with their very first documented battle taking place in 2008 on the now-canceled family series Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
At the time, Kourtney was angry at Kim for not protecting their little sister Khloe Kardashian, 39.
After the Good American creator encountered an inconsiderate car salesman who was helping Kim buy her then-new Bentley.

Since then, Kim and Kourtney have experienced many ups and downs in their sibling relationship.
Most of the fights that have happened between the sisters have to do with their conflicting views on parenting, work-life balance, or their imitation.
Their current fight unfolded during the third season of Hulu’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
In the third and fourth episodes of the third season, which aired on June 15 and 22, 2023, fans saw Kim planning and hosting a fashion show with designers Dolce & Gabbana.
FAMILY FEUD
Kourtney accused Kim of copying her look from her wedding to 47-year-old Travis Barker in conversations with 27-year-old Kendall Jenner and Khloe.

She became emotional while talking to Kendall and expressed how the situation was “frustrating” her before she began to cry.
Kim expressed her views to their friend Simon Hack and Chloe.
She said, “I don’t need to ask her permission.”
Kim then stated that she felt she was “careful” about choosing the looks for her show.
BATTLE OF THE EXES
Before her and Courtney’s latest feud, the Dancing With the Stars alum had some issues with her ex-husband Kanye West, 46, throughout 2022 and even now.
On Friday, February 4, 2022, Kim and Kanye exchanged various insults and accusations.
In an Instagram Story, Kanye accused the cosmetics mogul of duplicitous acts involving their four children.
The divorced couple shares children North, 10; Psalm, 4; Chicago, 5; and Saint, 7, together.
He posted a screenshot of their daughter North from one of her TikTok videos and tagged Kim in the photo.
The rapper asked his Instagram followers in all caps a question about Kim and North’s joint TikTok account: “SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST DIVORCE, I SHOULD KNOW: WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET MY DAUGHTER HOSTED ON TIKTOK AGAINST MY WILL?”
The Good Life rapper said: “America saw you try to put my daughter to sleep on her birthday without giving an address. You put a guard in the house so that I could play with my son, and then you accused me of stealing. I had to take a drug test. after the party in Chicago you accused me of using drugs, Tracy Romulus, stop manipulating Kim into becoming like this…”
That same day, Kim responded to her ex-lover on her Instagram Stories.
The reality star said: “Kanye’s constant attacks on me in interviews and on social media are actually more hurtful than any TikTok North could create.”
She continued, “Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly only causes more pain for everyone.”
Later that year, Kanye married his new wife Bianca Censori in December 2022 – just a month after his divorce from Kim.
THE WAR WILL CONTINUE
Kanye made shocking claims about Kim in messages sent to 52-year-old Elon Musk.
A screenshot of their conversation was posted on October 18 on the Instagram page of Kanye’s longtime confidante and advisor Ian Connor.
In his message, Kanye wrote: “When we talk. You owe me nothing. You’ll never have to talk to me again.”
“But if we do talk, the nature of the relationship must change. I don’t have bipolar disorder, I have signs of autism due to a car accident. You can’t watch Kim take my children away from me.”
“And don’t say anything publicly and then call yourself my friend so I can bring my audience to your struggling platform.”
In the message, Kanye said that his ex-wife Kim still does not allow him to see his children.

If Kim isn’t going toe-to-toe with her sister or ex-husband, then fans are hitting her with questionable shots.
Over the past year, the entrepreneur has received backlash for seemingly flaunting her wealth and editing her photos too much.
Earlier this month, Kim came under fire for defending Tristan Thompson, 32, despite his messy cheating scandals while dating her sister Khloe.
During the October 4 episode of The Kardashians, producers asked Kim during a confessional, “What’s your relationship like with Tristan?”
The TV personality responded: “Ugh… I know you guys are going to hate me for this and you’re going to hate us and think Khloe is the same.
“It’s so crazy because he’s such a good friend and such a good dad, but he just couldn’t get it together in the area of being a loyal guy.”
Kim continued, “So it sounds like you obviously want to hate him for this. Yes, of course, his actions and who he was are so fucked up that I can’t deny it.
“We talked about it, we had fights about it, we had arguments about it.
“But he also showed so many worthwhile things and was just a really good person and friend. When he saw me struggling with my children, he stepped up.”
She added: “He’s started coming to games, picking Saint up, taking him out to dinner, and he’ll always stick up for me, especially when it comes to me and my ex.”
“And I just never forgot it. So I will never throw someone away and act like I don’t feel like they can grow and develop,” Kim concluded.

But fans were shocked by Kim’s reaction as many on Reddit criticized her for defending a man who openly cheated on her sister for years.
“Kim is a trash can apologist,” one wrote, sharing a clip from the episode and starting a conversation.
“Looks like he’s her boyfriend here – weird,” said a second.
“Such a good dad, but he doesn’t see other children. Lol, okay girl,” recalled a third.
“Is she really that desperate for friends, Lord?” – joked the fourth.
