Lopez, known for her ability to dance for hours in high heels, explained that her secret is to “change shoes to allow her feet to change posture and pressure points” and that platform heels “make a huge difference.” Wearing heels often, you realize how the plateau allows you to distribute your weight and posture so that all the pressure is not concentrated only on the arches of the feet, which usually causes pain.
This isn’t the first time Lopez, the queen of maximalism, has opted for a more understated look. In May, for example, she took inspiration from the modern minimalist trend by wearing black wide leg trousers and Chanel leather loafers.
