Miley Cyrus received a restraining order from a stalker who showed up at her home

His “obsessive behavior” escalated last summer when Miley revealed he showed up at her Los Angeles home. He was arrested in December 2022 and held at San Quentin State Prison until August. Miley says that just a few days after his release, he showed up at her gate again. He also sent her a letter from prison, saying that he intended to come to her home after his release.

Luckily, the man was stopped by her security, and the police arrived at the scene and said they would arrest him if he returned. Miley also recently learned that a man was using her address for his health insurance. In legal documents, Miley says his behavior shows he suffers from “severe mental health issues” and his “dangerous fixation and/or obsession” with her makes her worry about the safety of himself and his family.

A judge granted Miley a temporary restraining order and Kardalian must stay 100 yards away from her, her home, her car and any places where she appears or performs in public.
