The star-studded spring/summer 2024 show by Nicolas Ghesquière, creative director of Louis Vuitton’s women’s line, featured some of the biggest names in entertainment in the front row. Cate Blanchett, Zendaya, Stray Kids’ Felix, NewJeans’ Hyein, Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, Shay Mitchell, Chloë Grace Moretz, Ana De Armas, Louis Vuitton men’s creative director Pharrell Williams, Regina King and many others arrived at Avenue des Champs , 103. -Elysee Palace in Paris to see Ghesquière’s latest collection. Louis Vuitton transformed the iconic 19th-century Art Nouveau space of the Champs-Élysées into an evolving work of art for the spring/summer 2024 show. French designer Nicolas Ghesquière came out to congratulate the participants at the end of the show. (AFP)
The collection was a riot of colours, playful patterns and subtle riffs on harlequins. Some described it as a visual feast. It featured models taking to the runway in high-waisted striped trousers, billowing yellow silk sleeves, voluminous silhouettes and a mix of modern and past sophistication.
