Seventeen years later, Paris Hilton is back with a new version stars are Blind and in collaboration with Kim Petras.
The track opens with Hilton’s vocals over an updated version of the original beat before Petras joins in for a new verse. ,Baby baby, I can be your confidante / Come on if you’re down or notPetras sings, then adds:Why shouldn’t we be with the ones we really love? now tell me who else are you dreaming of,
Hilton had already released a “Parisian version”. Lonely of the track on Amazon Music in December, when he recorded new vocals and worked with Fernando Garibay – who produced the original song 15 years earlier – and approached Clint Gibbs about mixing. The single was the first taste of new music that is said to be coming in 2023.
Last year, Hilton sang with Sia and Miley Cyrus Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party NBC’s. And last June, she joined Christina Aguilera for her Los Angeles Pride concert in June, where she performed for the first time in years. (Prior to this, the heiress had only attended Britney Spears’ wedding and a Grammy afterparty.)
