Recipe: Here’s How to Prepare Banana and Raspberry Cake

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Prepare

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease A cake pan.

In a large bowl mix the rice flour, Oat Flour, Baking Powder and Salt.

In another bowl, whisk together vegetable oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add mashed bananas to the mixture oil and sugar, whisk well.

Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture in three parts, Mix well after each addition.

Add raspberries and chocolate chips. Add the mixture and mix gently.

Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, Or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring Cool completely on a wire rack.
