Indiana Jones has retired and has been teaching archeology at New York University for several years. On the eve of conquering the moon, he is visited by Helena Shaw (played by Phoebe Waller-Bridge), the daughter of an old friend killed by his obsession: the Antikythera Machine, a mechanical device conceived by Archimedes to find time holes. The final act that strikes, touches and captivates the screen, renewing the magic of great cinema.
The surprises for enthusiasts do not end there. An anthem to compassion, nobility and a tribute to endangered craftsmanship, “The Blue Caftan (Le bleu du caftan)”, choreographed by Mariam Touzani and co-written with her husband Nabil Ayush, arrives at the SuperCinema Estivo in Modena. The premiere will take place on Tuesday, August 22. at 21:15. Before the screening, you will be able to watch Shared Screens, a selection of short films from the Nonantola Film Festival.
