Written and recorded in London, Los Angeles, Melbourne and Sweden, Troye Sivan worked closely with a number of collaborators on the new album.. These include Oscar Gorres (Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Sam Smith), Ian Kirkpatrick (Dua Lipa, Britney Spears), EG Cook (Charlie XCX, Beyoncé), Stialz Fuego (Khalid, Imagine Dragons) and Leland (Selena Gomez). And creative director Gordon von Steiner.

The video clip was created by the team that filmed the video Hurry AND Gave me a start: director von Steiner, director of photography Stuart Weinkoff (JAY Z, FKA twigs, Miu Miu) and choreographer Sergio Reis (already worked with BTS).
Troye Sivan is a leading figure in pop music, fashion, film and LGBTQI+ culture. And in the past week he has been a regular on US television, appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and others.
The five-year gap between albums was “unintentional,” he told Fallon. “I started working on it, then Covid happened, then I was doing a TV show or doing something else. It took a long time. This record is what I’m most proud of.”
