Nearly 50,000 tickets have already been sold for the Wave Summer Music live shows. Conceived and promoted by Giuseppe Rapisarda Management, this year the traveling festival will feature concerts by Jethro Tull, Maluma, Laza, Luche + Paki, Giulier, Article 31, Salmo, Gué, Lacuna Coil, Sphera Abbasta, Gianni Morandi, Gianmaria and Lo Show. by Enrico Brignano. On 28 July the Villa Bellini in Catania will host a stage of Article 31’s new tour featuring DJ Set Vladi, the opening act. Article 31, a duo composed of rapper Jay-X (Alessandro Allotti) and producer DJ Zedd (Luca Perini), are one of the most influential groups on the hip hop scene in our country. The two met during a party in Milan in 1990 and decided to form a hip hop group that same year. Initially their sound is typical of the golden age of rap, with freestyle rhymes and sampled beats and choruses, but with a distinctly Italian approach. Lacuna Coil – August 4 – Catania (Villa Bellini)
Lacuna Coil, the most famous Italian alternative metal band abroad, choose Catania as the only Southern Italy date of their new tour. Singer-songwriter Gianmaria from Vicenza, the revelation of the 2021 edition of The X Factor, will take place on August 18 at Zafrana Etenia. Enrico Brignano – September 7 – Agrigento (Valley of the Temple Theater)
After two sold-out dates of 9 and 10 May at the Teatro Metropolitan in Catania, Enrico Brignano returns to Sicily and will be at the Valle dei Templi in Agrigento on 7 September. Born in Rome in 1966, he trained in the stage practice laboratory directed by Gigi Proiti and after 10 years on stage with the master, he continued his career independently, touring Italy to acclaim with his one-man shows got a series.
