Billionaire Bunker is a private island near Miami Beach, Florida, its correct name is Indian Creek Village. Considering its residential listings, it is one of the most elite properties in Florida and possibly the world. This 300-acre island in Biscayne Bay has about 30 homes, a super exclusive country club and golf course. The mansion and Indian River Country Club are connected to the mainland via the Surf Bridge over the Indian River. The area has its own law enforcement agency, the Indian River Village Police Department.

Jeff Bezos owns two properties in Indian River Village (aka Billionaire Bunker)
According to Bloomberg, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos spent $79 million to purchase a 7-bedroom, 14-bathroom mansion on 1.84 acres in Indian Creek Village.
In August, news reports revealed that Bezos purchased a beachfront estate there for $68 million. Bezos owns his own aerospace company Blue Origin, which has a base near the Kennedy Space Center, and he also owns The Washington Post.
In October, Bezos purchased a second home in Indian River Village. Originally listed for $85 million, the 23,000-square-foot mansion at 12 Island Road in Indian Creek has seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. It spans 80,000 square feet and features a wood-paneled library, movie theater, wine cellar, bar and cabana, according to a Facebook post from Dina Goldentayer Real Estate.
Other benefits include a six-car garage, sauna and lift. Although Bezos struck a deal to buy the home for $79 million instead of $85 million, the deal is considered the most expensive home ever sold in Indian Creek Village.
Football’s ‘GOAT’ Tom Brady owns a home in the Billionaire Bunker
In December 2020, Tom Brady and his then-wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, purchased a $17 million home in Indian Creek Village. Brady has seven Super Bowl rings and has the most passing touchdowns and wins in the regular season and playoffs. He is widely regarded as the greatest player in football history. In 2019, Brady left the New England Patriots and signed a two-year, $50 million contract to play quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
One of the highest-paid models in the world, Bundchen is a Brazilian supermodel, author, environmental activist and former Victoria’s Secret Angel. The couple divorced in 2022, and Bundchen bought a home nearby (outside of Indian Creek Village).
Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner own home in billionaire bunker
Former first daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner allegedly paid $32 million from Enrique Iglesias’ father, singer Hu Leo Iglesias purchased an empty beachfront lot on the island.
Julio Iglesias lives in billionaire bunker
Spanish singer Julio Iglesias made his music debut in 1969 with the album “Yo canto” and went on to become one of the most successful singers in the world, selling more than 250 million records. He won Grammy Awards for Best Latin Pop Album in the late ’80s and ’90s, and received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. An NBC 6 report said Iglesias was one of the community’s longtime residents, buying his first home in Indian Creek Village in 1979.

David Guetta owns a home in Billionaire Bunker
DJ and music producer David Guetta, who has worked with Flo Rida and Nicki Minaj (Club Can’t Handle Me, Titanium, Where Them Girls At), has reportedly purchased Indian Creek Village for $69 million. The former couple are parents to two children, Benjamin and Vivian. Brady and his ex-husband also have a son, Jack, actress bridget moyna (Blue Bloods, John Wick movie series).
Adriana Lima once owned a home in the Billionaire Bunker
Adriana Lima is a Brazilian supermodel and former Victoria’s Secret Angel like Gisele Bundchen who formerly lived in Indian Creek Village. Lima worked as a Victoria’s Secret model from 1999 to 2018. News reports indicate Lima has sold her billionaire Bunker mansion for $40 million.
