“The lunar high peak will support a larger earthquake approximately October 23-24.”
A new alarm was raised last night, Monday, by controversial Dutch seismologist Frank Hoogerbietz, warning of the possibility of a moderate to large earthquake. He attached to his tweet a map of the Earth marked with a longitudinal pink line and signs of some places that could be exposed to that earthquake.
“Be prepared on this line. Moderate to strong shaking possible,” Hogrebets wrote in a warning.
He retweeted a post from the geological body he heads, SSGEOS, which said: “Moderate to strong fluctuations – possibility of a moderate to strong earthquake.”
A few hours earlier, Hogrebets had posted a graphic with the caption: “Last night’s (green) lunar high will support a more or less larger earthquake,” giving the time between October 23 and 24.
Interestingly, the Dutch scientist’s name is mentioned with every earthquake that hits the earth’s crust, so we see him appear before us reminding us: “I expected this earthquake… and I warned about this earthquake.”
His warnings and predictions, which he publishes through posts on his private accounts on “X” (formerly Twitter) or “Facebook,” spread like wildfire and are widely broadcast on websites and social media. Through the site X, Al Arabiya.net asked the controversial Dutch scientist why astronomers and geologists ignore his theory and pay no attention to it.
He responded by saying, “I think looking at planets in this context is considered unscientific – by definition – and maybe that’s why they refuse to do research.”
Interestingly, Hogrebets had predicted the occurrence of earthquakes or tremors several times before they actually occurred in recent months, weeks and days, most notably the devastating earthquake in Turkey, which killed more than 50,000 people last February, as well as the earthquake in Morocco last month, which claimed the lives of 3,000 people. He also expected that several simultaneous earthquakes would occur on earth in the last few days and had been warned of them in advance.
