Filming has already begun in London about two months ago. However, unfortunately, we still don’t know much about the plot, except that the character played by Jenna Ortega will be the daughter of Lydia Dietz (Winona Ryder). The only clues we can give as to where the story will focus are two recently released photos showing Ryder and Ortega at work. It is from these images that an important detail emerges. What is Jenna doing in her wedding dress? This is a detail that has not yet been revealed, but which suggests that the wedding could be the centerpiece of the second chapter’s plot. Will Beetlejuice 2 revolve around this? Unfortunately, it’s too early to tell. However, we can assume that, in all likelihood, Monica Bellucci will lend her face to the wife of the irreverent Betelgeuse.
The sequel will be directed by Tim Burtonand the script will work Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, already highly acclaimed by the general public for Wednesday.
