After the video from the set of Joker Folie à Deux with Joaquin Phoenix in the role of Arthur Fleck chased by two different Jokers, a new behind-the-scenes footage of the DC Studios production has arrived on the web in these hours, all dedicated to Lady Gaga’s Harley Quinn.
In the video from the set of Joker: Folie à Deuxavailable at the bottom of the article, Lady Gaga is seen wearing normal clothes, which suggests that in this scene Harley Quinn has yet to fully show off her signature look and definitively embrace his freak side, fueled by his proximity to the Joker.
The first film ended with Arthur Fleck interned at Arkham State Hospital, and it is very likely that the meeting with Harley Quinn will take place within the walls of the psychiatric facility: however, unlike the previous previous iterations of the pair, in which Harleen Quinzel has always been portrayed as the Joker’s psychiatrist who falls in love with her patient and begins to imitate his behavior by becoming Harley Quinn, according to rumors Joker Folie à Deux will change the origins of the character, describing Harley as a ‘cellmate’ of Arthur. The two scenes leaked from the set video, however, show both protagonists outside Arkham, so it’s currently unclear how this information will end up fitting together. Previous rumors, in fact, had indicated that Joker 2 will be set largely within Arkham and will be told from Harley’s point of view.
