Here is the official trailer of the new Disney film with Halle Bailey in the role of Ariel

Here at last”The little Mermaid“: as promised, the first official trailer of the upcoming live-action film was shown during the night of the Oscars 2023 in Italian cinemas from 24 May.
After the first teaser, the trailer reveals much more of the Rob Marshall-directed film, a remake of the 1989 animated classic.
The video indeed shows Arielplayed by the actress and singer Halle Baileyin flesh and fins who makes a pact with the sea witch Ursula (Melissa McCarthy) to exchange her beautiful voice for human legs, so she can discover the world of the mainland and win the heart of a prince she fell in love with, contravening the rules of her father, King Triton.
The new film includes the most famous songs of Menken-Ashman – who won the Academy Award for Best Song and Best Original Score in the Disney classic – and some never-before-seen updates of the music with lyrics by Alan Menken and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
