Tom Brady reacts to Patriots loss to Cowboys

A day after his former team was beaten 38-3 by the Dallas Cowboys, Tom Brady was asked about the game and the New England Patriots let’s go podcast. The 46-year-old didn’t give much insight into the game itself, instead summarizing the pain of defeat.

“It’s so tough. I mean, it’s tough to lose in the NFL,” Brady said. “For me, watching a lot of football, every loss hurts. Trust me, if you are part of the loss, you don’t care about other people’s losses. You only care about your loss. If you Win, you look around and say, “Okay, who else lost? “So it’s tough for every building that suffers a loss. It’s tough because you spend a whole week preparing and things don’t go the way you want. So, football is a Tough exercise. It’s very tough.

“And I’m in it. So, when I’m in it, I don’t necessarily realize it because I have a lot of control. I’m the one behind the center. I have a big impact on every play. I have zero influence on any game (right now). So, I just watch. It’s a hard thing to do because there are some things you just want or pull your hair out and say, ‘What’s going on here thing?'”

Brady went on to explain how he learns new perspectives by watching games rather than being in them, and how difficult it actually is to win a game in the NFL.
